Support daily operation and administration of an after-school program, maintain DYCD compliance and records, supervise students, coordinate family engagement and events, assist Program Director with staffing/operations, and contribute to a safe, engaging environment that promotes academic enrichment and social-emotional growth.

Lead and manage a high-quality middle school after-school program: design programming, supervise and develop staff, engage families and community partners, track data and compliance, manage budgets, and ensure student safety and positive outcomes.

Coordinate full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, I-9/CORI/fingerprinting), maintain HR records in systems, support payroll and compliance, assist recruitment (phone screens, reference checks, events), generate HR reports, manage HR inbox, and partner with Talent team to improve workflows and candidate/employee experience.
