Leads enterprise-wide financial forecasting, modeling, budgeting, reporting, debt analysis, covenant compliance, and cash flow projections. Identifies financial risks and opportunities, evaluates strategic initiatives, develops scenario analyses, and provides actionable recommendations to support organizational sustainability. Partners with FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, Payroll, and operational leaders to improve financial controls, reporting automation, forecasting accuracy, and repeatable financial processes.

Leads end-to-end data architecture, engineering pipelines, semantic-layer development, data quality, monitoring, and platform operations. Manages sprint planning, releases, DevOps metrics, project delivery, and stakeholder communication. Establishes MLOps and machine-learning platform capabilities, mentors data engineers, and ensures reliable, well-documented data solutions that support organizational reporting and analytics needs.

Coordinates special projects, recurring talent processes, team operations, data support, and communications for the Talent Strategy team. Maintains timelines, trackers, calendars, resources, and communication workflows; supports trainings and annual talent cycles; monitors project barriers and escalates issues. The role collaborates with stakeholders across workforce strategy, rewards, performance management, and talent systems while providing administrative support and responding to routine inquiries.
