Teams at KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program)

Coordinate and manage K-12 athletics and enrichment programming: schedule contests, ensure OHSAA and board compliance, support coaches, supervise events, maintain equipment inventory, develop wellness and after-school programs, and liaise with booster groups and community partners.

Lead and manage a middle school after-school program, overseeing program design, staff recruitment and development, family and school partnerships, compliance, budgeting, data-driven evaluation, and community engagement to foster student growth, leadership, and well-being.

Coach and manage a subset of teachers through observations, feedback, data analysis, and professional development. Lead school initiatives, support student discipline and culture, build relationships with staff, students, and families, and serve on the core leadership team.
