Teams at KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program)

Provide interim instructional leadership and coaching across up to two schools, implementing coaching cycles, aligning with Instructional Leadership Teams, developing teacher practice and professional development, monitoring instructional data, and supporting school operations and behavior systems to ensure continuity and measurable instructional gains during site-level capacity gaps.

Work under certificated staff to provide academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups in special education and general classrooms, both in-person and virtually. Implement behavior plans, assist with testing accommodations, maintain progress data, support social interactions, attend IEPs and conferences, and help with personal care and classroom management.

Assist the School Leader in driving academic and social-emotional outcomes by leading instruction and school culture, supporting teacher development, planning curriculum, analyzing student data, managing records, and engaging families and stakeholders. Develop as an apprentice leader to build capacity for school leadership.
