Designs and delivers training and resources for instructional technology across KIPP DC, manages pilot programs, maintains a resource hub, provides level-1 tech support, and drives adoption and implementation of blended learning tools.

Support school leadership by building an affirming culture, coaching teachers, driving instructional vision, managing PBIS and operations, developing staff, and serving on leadership teams to improve student outcomes across assigned KIPP DC schools.

Run before- and after-school programming for PK–8 students, supervising groups of 15–20. Lead enrichment activities, provide homework support, enforce PBIS-aligned behavior systems, ensure student safety and licensing compliance, manage routines and family interactions, and maintain program spaces. Report to the Program Director and collaborate with enrichment leadership to support student engagement and community relationships.

Lead and support student-discipline investigations, Title IX grievance processes, and appeal hearings; ensure compliance with laws and policies; provide trainings, crisis support, and data/document management for the legal team; coordinate with school leaders and external investigators to maintain safe, equitable learning environments.

Manage daily school operations including food service, logistics for trips and events, facilities and maintenance oversight, budget and purchasing processes, safety and emergency preparedness, and implementation of school-wide operational systems in partnership with school leadership.

Manage CLSD literacy program operations including designing and executing professional learning, maintaining assessment infrastructure, monitoring and reporting literacy data, coordinating grant compliance and state-level activities, and serving as primary program contact for schools and stakeholders.

Lead non-instructional school operations including enrollment, attendance, assessments, facilities, safety, finance, compliance, and events. Manage operations staff, coordinate vendors and data systems, and partner with school leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.

The School Psychologist evaluates students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to support academic success and well-being, providing assessments, recommendations, and interventions tailored to each student's needs.

The Instructional Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in educating students with special education needs through specialized instruction and by fostering a positive classroom environment.

The Managing Director of School Transformation leads systemic change in schools to improve academic performance, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to promote high-quality learning environments.
