Supports elementary students with special needs by implementing IEP behavioral and academic strategies, collecting progress data, de-escalating behaviors, assisting with personal care, and supporting classroom routines. The aide collaborates with teachers, families, and student support teams, attends meetings and professional development, and helps maintain safe, inclusive learning environments. Responsibilities may change according to student needs and can include reassignment to another student or campus.

Manages daily school operations across food service, transportation, events, purchasing, budgeting, facilities, maintenance, safety, and emergency preparedness. Oversees vendors, logistics, financial processes, compliance, campus readiness, and operational systems while partnering with school leadership and headquarters teams. The role is fully on-site and supports planning, arrival and dismissal procedures, field trips, assessments, and school opening activities.

The School Psychologist evaluates students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to support academic success and well-being, providing assessments, recommendations, and interventions tailored to each student's needs.
