Support school leadership by building an affirming culture, coaching teachers, driving instructional vision, managing PBIS and operations, developing staff, and serving on leadership teams to improve student outcomes across assigned KIPP DC schools.

Lead internal audit execution, maintain and draft organizational policies, monitor charter compliance and enterprise risk, support insurance and board reporting, and advise staff on compliance and mitigation actions across the KIPP DC network.

Manage WIDA ACCESS testing and OSSE compliance, provide direct small-group ELL instruction and case management, coach and train teachers, analyze student data to inform instruction, build family partnerships, and oversee program logistics and progress monitoring to close achievement gaps for multilingual students.

Provide one-on-one support for middle school students with special needs, implementing IEP strategies, assisting with hygiene and meals, collecting progress data, de-escalating behaviors, supporting classroom instruction, attending meetings and professional development, and performing schoolwide duties in a fully in-person role.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations including vendor onboarding, invoice and expense processing, corporate credit card administration (RAMP), reconciliations, and month-end close. Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and IRS rules, generate AP reporting and 1099s, support audits, train staff on AP systems and policies, and improve AP processes and internal controls.

Lead and oversee accounting, grants, payroll, procurement, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Manage senior finance staff, optimize financial systems, ensure grant compliance, support long-range financial strategy, and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board.

The Before/Aftercare Program Director oversees programming for students, ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive experience during split-shift hours. Responsibilities include staff management, compliance with childcare regulations, and community engagement to enhance the program's effectiveness.

The Dedicated Aide supports special needs students by implementing IEP strategies, assisting with daily activities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teachers and families as needed.

The School Psychologist evaluates students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to support academic success and well-being, providing assessments, recommendations, and interventions tailored to each student's needs.

The Instructional Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in educating students with special education needs through specialized instruction and by fostering a positive classroom environment.

The Managing Director of School Transformation leads systemic change in schools to improve academic performance, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to promote high-quality learning environments.
