The School Office Manager will manage office operations, maintain student data, facilitate family communication, support events, and contribute to a positive school environment.

Provides small-group math intervention to students performing below grade-level benchmarks, using assessments and student data to design action plans and monitor progress. Delivers weekly progress updates to school leaders, teachers, students, and families. Supports math teachers through peer coaching, lesson internalization, and analysis of student learning data under the direction of the principal and regional math coaches.

Support end-to-end recruitment by screening resumes and conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications and ATS records, supporting hiring events and high-volume hiring, tracking recruiting data, and providing administrative and project management support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Manages grants accounting and accounts receivable, including grant billing, cash receipts, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue reporting, and financial close. Oversees grant budgets, expenditures, reimbursements, drawdowns, compliance documentation, audits, Medicaid Cost Report preparation, and federal reporting. Partners with Development, Finance, and organizational stakeholders to maintain internal controls, accurate records, timely funding utilization, and compliance with grant requirements.

The Attendance Specialist improves student attendance and reduces chronic absenteeism through family outreach, student support plans, case management, attendance interventions, and incentive programs. The role coaches school attendance teams, audits attendance systems, analyzes attendance data, coordinates required reporting, facilitates meetings, and supports multiple school campuses. It requires frequent collaboration with students, families, school staff, and organizational teams, including occasional home visits.

Leads safety operations across KIPP DC campuses and headquarters, including safety planning, emergency preparedness, drills, procedures, training, compliance, vendor management, equipment oversight, audits, budgeting, and procurement. The role coaches safety managers, supports school leaders, coordinates with security vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensures safety protocols and security systems are implemented effectively.

The Elementary Vice Principal supports the principal and school leadership team by leading instruction, school culture, teacher coaching, talent development, student outcomes, and operational systems. Responsibilities include developing school vision and goals, monitoring student behavior and PBIS systems, supporting inclusive learning environments, observing and coaching teachers, using data to improve instruction, managing staff development, and assisting with arrival, dismissal, attendance, and mealtimes.

The School Psychologist evaluates students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to support academic success and well-being, providing assessments, recommendations, and interventions tailored to each student's needs.

Run before- and after-school programming for PK–8 students, supervising groups of 15–20. Lead enrichment activities, provide homework support, enforce PBIS-aligned behavior systems, ensure student safety and licensing compliance, manage routines and family interactions, and maintain program spaces. Report to the Program Director and collaborate with enrichment leadership to support student engagement and community relationships.

The Instructional Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in educating students with special education needs through specialized instruction and by fostering a positive classroom environment.
