Teams at KIPP DC

Support a single KIPP DC campus to ensure compliance with federal and state education requirements, manage student enrollment and records, coordinate health and immunization documentation, and partner with school teams on audits, attendance, and family communications. Maintain enrollment systems, assist with student recruitment, and become certified as Administrator of Medication when needed.

Support school leadership by building an affirming culture, coaching teachers, driving instructional vision, managing PBIS and operations, developing staff, and serving on leadership teams to improve student outcomes across assigned KIPP DC schools.

Run before- and after-school programming for PK–8 students, supervising groups of 15–20. Lead enrichment activities, provide homework support, enforce PBIS-aligned behavior systems, ensure student safety and licensing compliance, manage routines and family interactions, and maintain program spaces. Report to the Program Director and collaborate with enrichment leadership to support student engagement and community relationships.
