Lead Special Education programming, coaching, and compliance at KIPP Denver Collegiate. Manage and develop special education teachers, coordinate IEPs/504s and contracted service providers, implement progress monitoring and data cycles, ensure legal compliance, and support inclusive instructional practices. Serve on campus leadership, run weekly special education team meetings, provide parent communication and staff PD, and contribute to school-wide systems and duties to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Lead school-wide culture and behavior systems to support student safety, restorative practices, PBIS, and leadership development. Coach teachers and grade-level chairs, manage discipline and family engagement, coordinate programming (trips, detention, advisory), and support MTSS and special education implementation. Partner with school leadership to monitor data, run professional development, and foster inclusive, identity-affirming school communities.
