Lead Special Education programming, coaching, and compliance at KIPP Denver Collegiate. Manage and develop special education teachers, coordinate IEPs/504s and contracted service providers, implement progress monitoring and data cycles, ensure legal compliance, and support inclusive instructional practices. Serve on campus leadership, run weekly special education team meetings, provide parent communication and staff PD, and contribute to school-wide systems and duties to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Lead Special Education instruction, compliance, and teacher development. Coach and evaluate special education staff, manage IEP/504 implementation and progress monitoring, coordinate related services and assessments, and partner with school leaders, families, and external providers to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Lead and coach a cohort of teachers to improve instruction and student outcomes through regular observation, data-driven cycles, professional development, and collaboration. Manage teacher performance, support implementation of IEPs/504s, participate in school leadership, family engagement, and school operations.
