Lead school culture and behavior systems to drive student engagement and outcomes. Coach teachers and leaders on classroom management, implement PBIS and restorative practices, oversee student leadership and co-curricular programs, manage discipline and attendance interventions, engage families, and monitor data to ensure equitable support for all learners.

Lead Special Education programming, coaching, and compliance at KIPP Denver Collegiate. Manage and develop special education teachers, coordinate IEPs/504s and contracted service providers, implement progress monitoring and data cycles, ensure legal compliance, and support inclusive instructional practices. Serve on campus leadership, run weekly special education team meetings, provide parent communication and staff PD, and contribute to school-wide systems and duties to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Serve as a floating substitute teacher covering classrooms and school duties across KIPP Colorado. Deliver provided lesson plans, manage classroom culture and behavior, support student safety and engagement, leave teacher notes, implement curriculum with fidelity, assist with supervision duties (lunch, arrival, dismissal), participate in professional development and coaching, and complete required certifications and compliance tasks. Travel between campuses as needed and engage families and staff to support student success.
