Creates 3D motion graphics, animations, videos, product demos, advertisements, educational content, and technology-focused storytelling for B2B and B2C marketing. Build and lead KIOXIA America’s Program Management function, establishing operating models, governance, processes, systems, dashboards, and execution standards. Lead complex cross-functional storage and memory programs from architecture through launch and sustaining phases. Align Engineering, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and global teams; manage risks, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting. Recruit and develop a team of 3–5 Program Managers while improving predictability, accountability, decision-making, and overall program performance.

Coordinates end-to-end recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, candidate data management, onboarding, employment verification, and administrative support. The role requires maintaining confidential information, managing multiple priorities, supporting high-volume hiring, and using recruiting systems and professional networks.

Support customer qualification of datacenter SSD products by developing and executing test plans, managing qualification infrastructure, performing failure triage and analysis, reporting status, filing and tracking issues, and coordinating with product support and stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

The Corporate Counsel will manage compliance, corporate, and transactional legal matters while supporting various teams within the company and advising on legal risks.

Evangelize KIOXIA SSD products to data center customers, develop new accounts and opportunities, manage the front-end pipeline, qualify leads, collaborate cross-functionally, and cultivate executive-level relationships (CTO, storage architects) to drive revenue and market share.

Lead hyperscale-focused SSD product strategy and roadmap, engage hyperscaler customers to define requirements, drive MRDs/PRDs, align cross-functional execution, manage design wins and qualifications, and own lifecycle from concept to EOL while shaping go-to-market and TCO strategies.

Manage product marketing and business growth for e-MMC/UFS and other flash memory products. Gather customer and market insights, define roadmap input, develop promotional materials, present to customers and stakeholders, collaborate with global sales and engineering teams, negotiate pricing, and support issue resolution. Moderate travel (~20%).
