Manage and grow KIOXIA’s hyperscale and data center accounts, negotiate quarterly business awards, develop account strategies, position NAND and SSD products, and build relationships with sourcing, engineering, and storage architecture stakeholders. The role requires extensive industry experience, strong communication, organization, business development skills, and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects. Travel within the United States and to Asia is required as needed.

Develops new data center accounts and sales opportunities for KIOXIA SSD products, bringing opportunities to revenue and expanding market share. Responsibilities include targeting and qualifying prospects, managing the opportunity pipeline, identifying customer needs, collaborating with partners and internal teams, and building relationships with CTOs and storage architects. The role requires strategic account development, technical sales experience, customer presentations, and leadership across multiple accounts and tasks.

Provides in-house legal counsel across corporate, compliance, ESG, trade, HR, advertising, governance, and transactional matters. Advises sales, marketing, planning, and parent-company stakeholders; drafts policies and training materials; monitors legal and regulatory developments; communicates legal risks; and supports business objectives. The role requires at least five years of legal practice, a law degree, and California bar membership or eligibility for in-house registration.
