Drives new B2B business for autonomous beverage technology by prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing opportunities. Builds customer relationships, develops territories, maintains pipeline and CRM records, forecasts sales, represents the company at industry events, and coordinates with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support through implementation.

Leads global product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, commercialization, and continuous improvement for integrated hardware and software products. Oversees autonomous beverage kiosks, payment systems, embedded software, connected devices, and cloud platforms. Partners with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Support, Finance, manufacturing, and global teams to deliver scalable products, manage launches, improve performance, and drive revenue and profitability. Builds and develops the product management function while aligning customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Manage global HR operations across Canada, the United States, and China. Responsibilities include employment-law compliance, HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS administration, reporting, and organizational development. The role partners with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational growth, employee engagement, and consistent HR practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Supports the design of intuitive interfaces for touchscreen kiosks, mobile apps, and web platforms. Creates wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable UI components. Assists with user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Prepares design specifications and documentation, maintains visual consistency, and contributes to accessible, responsive, user-centered product experiences.
