Sell used material-handling equipment to new and existing customers, achieve volume and market-share targets, prepare weekly forecasts, conduct customer site surveys, and deliver accurate order packs to sales administration. The role requires commercial focus, prior sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, teamwork, and a full driving licence. Forklift or material-handling equipment experience is advantageous but not essential.

Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance, stakeholder communications, vendors, contracts, and change orders. Lead project teams, monitor progress and critical paths, resolve issues, control costs, forecast resource needs, and report project performance to stakeholders and senior management. The role requires material handling industry experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Designs mechanical equipment by developing concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and engineering analyses. Coordinates with multidisciplinary engineers, supervises production drawing preparation, estimates costs and requirements, and supports manufacturing and field installation. Requires travel of up to 25% to customer and company locations. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and knowledge of strength of materials, fatigue, FEA, machine and mechanism design, dynamic analysis, hydraulics, pneumatics, Siemens NX, and AutoCAD.
