Lead integration and validation of telematics hardware and software for industrial trucks. Define system architectures (CANopen, J1939), implement features like access control, geo-fencing, operator speed control and OTA updates, perform vehicle-level validation, CANbus data analysis, troubleshoot hardware/firmware integration issues, and support field trials and deployments.

Lead design and development of warehouse automation solutions from concept through proposal, creating system layouts, cost estimates, risk analyses, and technical documentation. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and support proposals and presentations to deliver efficient, scalable material handling systems.

Perform troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling equipment. Complete preventative maintenance routines and documentation, use electrical test equipment, create detailed work orders in an asset management system, locate spare parts, respond to service calls, and ensure equipment uptime while working night shift and adhering to safety and physical demands.
