Provide administrative support to the Plant Director including calendar and travel management, communications, document and meeting coordination, project assistance, office management, and compliance support to ensure smooth plant administrative operations.

Manage the full proposal lifecycle for automation solutions: coordinate pre-contract deliverables, own proposal plans, act as main Sales contact, assign resources, run workshops, ensure quality gates and handovers, handle clarifications/change orders, support operational planning, and attend close-out meetings.
