Drive simplification and automation of tax operations for a B2B SaaS product. Gather requirements, launch automation features, partner with engineering, design, and operations, and integrate third-party tools to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Own and improve the reliability of Kintsugi’s AWS and managed Kubernetes infrastructure. Build automation, internal tools, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code workflows while reducing operational toil. Lead incident response, reliability architecture, developer enablement, cost optimization, security, compliance, and disaster recovery efforts. Work agent-first and partner with Platform Engineering, Product, QA, and software teams to deliver scalable, secure systems.

Owns post-onboarding relationships for 200–250 Growth-tier SaaS accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, improving retention and renewals, validating data quality, managing escalations, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering, maintaining customer records, and developing scalable digital customer success playbooks, health scoring, automated outreach, and self-service content.

Lead and mentor a Southeast Asia engineering team; ensure code quality and testing; drive project progress; define integrations strategy; design, build, and maintain third-party integrations; align engineering efforts with product and leadership.

Plan and execute events, webinars, and speaking opportunities to generate qualified leads; build and manage strategic partner relationships and joint-marketing programs; collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to align messaging, track ROI, and expand partner ecosystem in target markets (e-commerce, SaaS, multi-entity businesses).

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with SaaS and e-commerce companies. Manage sales pipelines, build relationships with decision-makers, use consultative selling, collaborate cross-functionally, report forecasts, and monitor market trends. Requires proven software sales success, strong communication and negotiation skills, e-commerce and SaaS industry knowledge, results orientation, and remote-work experience.

Lead and grow the Product Engineering team to deliver customer-facing web dashboards, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows. Own roadmap execution, collaborate with Product and Design, drive engineering best practices (testing, deployment, observability), provide technical mentorship, and remain hands-on in architecture and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable SaaS product delivery.

Lead and grow ecommerce channel, referral, and technology partnerships. Recruit and enable affiliate/agency partners, manage partner relationships and performance, represent the company at events, and collaborate with product/engineering to scope and launch integrations and go-to-market efforts.
