Provide employment counseling, job-readiness training, and placement for a reentry/offender population; build employer relationships; deliver one-on-one and group development sessions; ensure documentation and follow-up to maintain employment and engagement in training programs.

Maintain facility safety and resident accountability through intake processing, counts, surveillance monitoring, searches, incident reporting, patrolling, medication observation, and liaison duties. Perform equipment checks, assist in transport, and uphold contract and company policies while maintaining First Aid/CPR certifications.

Provide job readiness, training, placement and follow-up counseling for a reentry/offender population. Develop employer relationships and employment opportunities, deliver individual and group development sessions, ensure documentation meets contract guidelines, and help clients maintain employment and engagement in training, internships, or apprenticeships.

Provide prerelease and post-release case management for justice-involved clients: intake, assessment, discharge planning, referrals, documentation, travel to correctional and community sites, and participation in trainings and case conferences.

Maintain facility safety and resident accountability by processing arrivals, conducting counts and searches, monitoring cameras, patrolling, reporting incidents, assisting case managers, overseeing cleanliness and medication dispensing, and performing transport. Maintain certifications, follow contract requirements, and complete shift reports.

Provide administrative support for case management and client records; coordinate, monitor, and document client issues; support client intake; liaise with staff and community agencies; generate program reports; track participation and program resource utilization; facilitate client transportation and assist with community meetings and staff development.

Provide supervised work-learning experience in reentry treatment and services across administrative, clinical, and case-management areas. Tasks include shadowing facility operations, report writing, co-facilitating or conducting sessions, filing, risk and clinical assessments, case management, community engagement, and supporting treatment/substance-abuse programs while developing professional skills, documentation, and cultural sensitivity.

Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate facility Monitors to ensure resident safety, security, sanitation, and contract compliance. Handle investigations, disciplinary and administrative reporting, inspections, staffing coverage, and ongoing monitor training. Participate in development, resolve conflicts, and perform duties as assigned by senior operations leadership.

Support program staff with case management administrative tasks: maintain client records, coordinate and document client issues, provide intake support, liaise with agencies, facilitate client transportation, track participation and resource use, generate program reports, attend staff development and community meetings, and perform other assigned duties.
