Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate facility Monitors to ensure resident safety, security, sanitation, and contract compliance. Handle investigations, disciplinary and administrative reporting, inspections, staffing coverage, and ongoing monitor training. Participate in development, resolve conflicts, and perform duties as assigned by senior operations leadership.

Manage individualized care plans for assigned residents, provide referrals to community services, educate clients on program participation and rights, conduct case conferences, monitor compliance with court stipulations, perform discharge planning, maintain documentation, facilitate cognitive behavioral workshops, perform ACA duties, and transport residents as needed.

Oversee and supervise the Vantage Point reentry program across multiple locations, managing staff, grant compliance, program operations, quality assurance, community partnerships, and client services. Coordinate outreach, training, data collection, and stakeholder communications to meet program outcomes and support participant reentry goals.

Support program staff with case management administrative tasks: maintain client records, coordinate and document client issues, provide intake support, liaise with agencies, facilitate client transportation, track participation and resource use, generate program reports, attend staff development and community meetings, and perform other assigned duties.

Maintain safety, security, and resident accountability in a correctional/community corrections facility. Monitor surveillance, perform counts, process arrivals/departures, conduct searches and inspections, document incidents, assist case managers, supervise resident movement and work details, maintain equipment and logs, and perform first aid/CPR and transport duties as required.

Supervise, train, and develop facility monitors to ensure resident safety, security, sanitation, and contractual compliance. Manage shift schedules, staffing, investigations, disciplinary actions, report review and documentation, training, and certification maintenance. Fill posts during short staffing and perform other duties as assigned.
