Oversee planning, organization, and delivery of community corrections programs; lead and supervise management staff; ensure contract and company compliance; maintain agency and community relationships; oversee personnel selection, development, and performance; perform ACA duties and attend required training.

Provide intake, assessment, and ongoing case management for parole clients including care planning, referrals, monitoring court stipulations, discharge planning, documentation, and facilitating cognitive behavioral workshops. Collaborate with staff, attend required trainings, and perform ACA-related duties.

Support compliance with grant and contract requirements by monitoring funded programs, conducting file and operations QA reviews, tracking performance and reporting, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, preparing audit materials, maintaining confidential records, assisting with compliance tools and training staff, and supporting external audits and funder reviews.
