Supervise, train, and develop facility monitors to ensure resident safety, security, sanitation, and contractual compliance. Manage shift schedules, staffing, investigations, disciplinary actions, report review and documentation, training, and certification maintenance. Fill posts during short staffing and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide employment counseling, job readiness training, and placement for reentry clients. Develop employer relationships, assist with applications/interviews, teach employment law and work ethics, deliver individual and group development sessions, document client progress, follow up to ensure job retention and program engagement, and participate in required trainings.

Supervise and mentor case managers, manage a modified caseload, oversee program activities, ensure compliance with contract/ACA/licensure, conduct chart audits and reviews, prepare reports, train new staff, schedule treatment activities, and maintain community treatment relationships.
