Manage accounts receivable by generating and verifying invoices, updating the ERP, monitoring overdue accounts, contacting clients to collect payments and resolve billing issues, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting accurate financial records and cash flow operations.

Design and reverse-engineer retail display products, develop prototypes (handmade and 3D-printed), perform product testing and quality control, support sales with technical specs, manage vendor communications, and maintain product documentation and production tooling.

Lead the Product Development team to design, prototype, test, and launch retail display hardware. Manage 3D printing operations, oversee quality control, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, approve tooling and fixtures, and drive process improvements to meet performance and safety standards.

Develop and close new business within retail hardware and distribution. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and quotes to order fulfillment and account management. Represent the company at trade shows, maintain CRM records, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight (LTL/TL), manage imports/exports and US Customs compliance, liaise with vendors, carriers, and 3PLs, submit claims, maintain freight systems, and support cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely deliveries and accurate vendor payments.
