Leads the Product Development team responsible for designing, reverse-engineering, prototyping, testing, and quality-controlling retail display hardware. Manages 3D printing operations, product documentation, tooling, samples, vendor coordination, and process improvements. Establishes specifications and performance standards while providing technical guidance to sales, purchasing, and operations. Supervises at least three engineers and supports strategic product development initiatives.

Lead cross-functional analytics to drive marketing performance, pricing, and retention. Build Power BI dashboards, unify CRM/SQL data, perform churn and segmentation analysis, forecast models, automate reporting with AI tools, and present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Manage accounts receivable by generating and verifying invoices, updating the ERP, monitoring overdue accounts, contacting clients to collect payments and resolve billing issues, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting accurate financial records and cash flow operations.

Develop and close new business within retail hardware and distribution. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and quotes to order fulfillment and account management. Represent the company at trade shows, maintain CRM records, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
