Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, expedite critical international orders, communicate with vendors and freight forwarders, manage PO tracking in ERP/TMS, support logistics team, handle tariff returns, prioritize urgent shipments, and maintain shipment accuracy to support production and customer demand.

Handle order entry into the ERP, coordinate work orders and truck schedules, expedite orders for sales, manage customer order inquiries (primarily email), ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery, document project details, and perform related administrative tasks.
