Integrate and convert forms across applications and formats, maintain form master lists, collaborate with Underwriting, Compliance, IT, and Claims Legal, communicate form changes to leadership, and research new product opportunities.

Review and analyze audit reports and financial documents, communicate with brokers and vendors, process audit endorsements and cancellations, monitor vendor performance, support system enhancements, and drive accuracy and continuous improvement in audit operations.

Build and operate a cloud-native internal platform: create CI/CD pipelines, Terraform modules, Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, automation with Python/Bash and Helm, enable self-service provisioning, partner with app/dev/security teams, and drive platform engineering best practices.
