Supports private equity deal teams by building executive relationships, guiding primary research, analyzing industries and competitive landscapes, synthesizing diligence into investment insights, managing deal timelines, and preparing presentations and memoranda. The Associate also leads firm-wide initiatives to improve team effectiveness and work processes.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based automation and API integrations using Apex and SOQL. Develop AI-enabled workflows, ensure platform reliability, improve data quality, own operational support, and document/test deployments.

Conduct AI-enabled primary and secondary research to identify advisors and competitors, synthesize findings into deliverables, use CRM dashboards to track projects, and collaborate with global teams to refine research strategy and improve firmwide processes.

Conduct end-to-end, AI-enabled secondary research and market intelligence to produce industry primers, competitive landscapes, and advisor identification. Manage research projects, synthesize multi-source insights, track delivery via CRM dashboards, and drive firm initiatives to improve AI-enabled workflows and research quality while collaborating with global teams.
