Own a portfolio of target firms and lead strategic research, prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management across the private equity ecosystem. Manage Salesforce data, develop engagement strategies, coordinate business development initiatives, maintain project plans, and improve processes through automation. The role requires strong research, communication, project management, organization, and knowledge of private equity and M&A terminology.

Own the Salesforce platform and broader integration architecture end to end. Design data models, integrations, automations, custom Apex and LWC solutions, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based change control. Apply AI-assisted development using Claude and related tools with rigorous review, testing, and controlled releases. Lead technical delivery for developers and QA testers, manage sprint flow and debugging, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and establish platform engineering standards across the technology ecosystem.

Supports private equity deal teams by building executive relationships, guiding primary research, analyzing industries and competitive landscapes, synthesizing diligence into investment insights, managing deal timelines, and preparing presentations and memoranda. The Associate also leads firm-wide initiatives to improve team effectiveness and work processes.
