Hand-trim dried and cured cannabis to create compliant, high-quality finished product for packaging. Maintain cleanliness, track waste and by-products, operate manual and small equipment, follow post-harvest procedures and safety protocols, and may cross-train in bucking, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.

Support Cure Room Supervisor in METRC record-keeping, quality control, audits, packaging, lab sampling coordination, and staff supervision to ensure compliant cannabis curing and storage.

Support full employee lifecycle for cultivation, production, retail, and admin roles at a DCC-licensed cannabis facility. Lead recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, investigations, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, benefits/leave coordination, and training. Ensure Ohio DCC and Ohio/federal employment law compliance and maintain HR records, investigations documentation, and regulatory readiness.

Support compliance by maintaining METRC records, monitoring cure-room quality, performing audits, preparing lab samples, making bulk packages, and assisting with inspections and reporting.

The Staff Accountant will manage daily accounting activities, support month-end close processes, and collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial reporting.
