Provide first-line IT support across cultivation, processing, and retail sites. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, POS, security camera/access, and seed-to-sale (METRC) systems; manage user accounts and IT assets; deploy devices; document issues; support compliance requirements and assist with onboarding/offboarding.

Lead HR for a licensed cannabis cultivation and retail operation, owning full employee lifecycle, recruitment, credentialing, investigations, compliance with Ohio DCC and employment law, employee relations, training, benefits oversight, and supervising the HR Generalist and team.

Hand-trim dried and cured cannabis to create compliant, high-quality finished product for packaging. Maintain cleanliness, track waste and by-products, operate manual and small equipment, follow post-harvest procedures and safety protocols, and may cross-train in bucking, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.

Support full employee lifecycle for cultivation, production, retail, and admin roles at a DCC-licensed cannabis facility. Lead recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, investigations, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, benefits/leave coordination, and training. Ensure Ohio DCC and Ohio/federal employment law compliance and maintain HR records, investigations documentation, and regulatory readiness.
