Owns company-wide accounts payable operations across multiple locations, including managing AP inboxes, onboarding vendor documentation, maintaining 1099 and W-9 compliance, preparing AP aging reports, obtaining invoice approvals, coding and entering invoices, and preserving audit documentation. The role coordinates with vendors, department managers, senior accountants, the controller, and company owners to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Supervise wholesale cannabis delivery logistics across Ohio by planning and optimizing routes, scheduling and dispatching drivers, monitoring performance, and ensuring safe, timely, documented, and compliant deliveries. Recruit, train, and support drivers, manage dispensary delivery questions, and maintain compliance with Metrc and Ohio Division of Cannabis Control transport requirements.

Hand-trim dried and cured cannabis to create compliant, high-quality finished product for packaging. Maintain cleanliness, track waste and by-products, operate manual and small equipment, follow post-harvest procedures and safety protocols, and may cross-train in bucking, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
