Analyzes consumer, category, sales, and syndicated data to identify growth opportunities; develops concepts, project briefs, launch plans, forecasts, and recommendations. Coordinates timelines and cross-functional collaboration across product development, operations, finance, sales, marketing, digital, editorial, and DTC teams to bring new products and experiences to market.

Provides strategic financial planning and analysis for e-commerce, retail, marketing, and administrative functions. Leads forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, profitability and margin analysis, KPI reporting, payroll analysis, scenario modeling, and evaluation of retail expansion and direct-to-consumer opportunities. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate financial and consumer insights into actionable decisions, manage performance against plans, and support enterprise-wide financial modeling and special projects.
