Provides strategic financial planning and analysis for e-commerce, retail, marketing, and administrative functions. Leads forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, profitability and margin analysis, KPI reporting, payroll analysis, scenario modeling, and evaluation of retail expansion and direct-to-consumer opportunities. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate financial and consumer insights into actionable decisions, manage performance against plans, and support enterprise-wide financial modeling and special projects.

Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Develops dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, scenario models, and executive insights supporting planning, network optimization, risk management, and cost efficiency. Partners with cross-functional teams on reporting and planning systems, data governance, validation, and quality improvement. Serves as the subject matter expert for supply chain data and supports analytics training and self-service business intelligence.

Coordinates creative projects across digital, print, packaging, photo, and video channels from intake through delivery. Manages timelines, milestones, meetings, handoffs, resourcing, risks, and cross-functional communication. Supports asset preparation and basic creative production, maintains workflow documentation, improves processes using digital tools, and coordinates freelance creative support. The role is hybrid in Vermont with occasional travel for photo or video shoots.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Alexandria Baking School: hire, train, schedule and supervise instructors; plan and teach curriculum; control purchasing and inventory; ensure food safety and excellent customer experience; support new location opening and collaborate cross-functionally to promote and improve the school.
