Support daily supply plan execution across procurement, external manufacturing, and 3PLs. Manage P2P cycle, monitor inbound shipments, perform inventory reconciliation, maintain item and purchasing data, administer reporting, identify supply risks, and contribute to process and system improvements to maintain product availability and data integrity.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Alexandria Baking School: hire, train, schedule and supervise instructors; plan and teach curriculum; control purchasing and inventory; ensure food safety and excellent customer experience; support new location opening and collaborate cross-functionally to promote and improve the school.

Support omni-channel strategic projects by bridging business and IT: gather and refine requirements, analyze processes and scope, support testing and enablement, provide operational support, and drive continuous improvement across web, POS, call center, and integration systems.
