Serve as the clinics first point of contact: greet clients, schedule and confirm appointments using Jane, handle payments and insurance billing, maintain client records, support clinic operations, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and liaise between therapists and clients to ensure smooth daily flow and a welcoming experience.

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy, perform comprehensive assessments, design phased treatment plans, deliver hands-on care and exercise guidance, use biomechanical tools to measure progress, collaborate with chiropractors and RMTs, maintain records, lead case discussions, and contribute to clinical protocol development.

Lead clinical strategy and daily operations for a multidisciplinary clinic, mentor and manage physiotherapists, chiropractors and RMTs, maintain a clinical caseload, improve protocols and documentation, integrate rehab technologies, conduct audits, support recruitment and onboarding, and represent the clinic in community and education settings.
