Serve as the clinics first point of contact: greet clients, schedule and confirm appointments using Jane, handle payments and insurance billing, maintain client records, support clinic operations, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and liaise between therapists and clients to ensure smooth daily flow and a welcoming experience.

Lead clinical strategy and daily operations for a multidisciplinary clinic, mentor and manage physiotherapists, chiropractors and RMTs, maintain a clinical caseload, improve protocols and documentation, integrate rehab technologies, conduct audits, support recruitment and onboarding, and represent the clinic in community and education settings.

Lead and mentor the front desk team, manage clinic operations (scheduling, billing, inventory, space), track metrics, improve client experience, and implement process improvements across therapists and leadership.
