About Kinetic Labs

At Kinetic Labs, we stand at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, genuine human connection, and specialized care for active individuals. We've built a modern healthcare experience where data-driven approaches enhance rather than replace the human touch, helping people get back to what moves them.

Our clinic combines evidence-based treatments with personalized attention to provide comprehensive care. We use advanced assessment and recovery tools to evaluate movement patterns and tailor treatments to each client's specific activities, goals, and recovery needs.

About the Role

As Clinic Director, you’ll lead the clinical strategy and daily operations of our second location. You’re more than an experienced practitioner – you’re a coach, educator and systems thinker who can support the growth of other clinicians while ensuring exceptional care across every client journey.

In this role, you’ll mentor and manage a growing team of physiotherapists, chiropractors and RMTs, helping them elevate their practice through feedback, development planning, and case collaboration. You’ll also work cross-functionally with the operations and front desk team to ensure care remains seamless, data-informed and aligned with our brand promise.

You'll play a key role in shaping our clinic model – contributing to protocols, technology adoption and education practices that raise the bar for what modern rehab can look like.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of multidisciplinary therapists through ongoing coaching, mentorship and performance reviews.

  • Help with recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new clinicians to ensure strong team fit and clinical standards.

  • Uphold and improve clinical protocols, documentation standards, and outcome measurement systems.

  • Stay ahead of innovations in rehab technology and integrate relevant tools into day-to-day care

  • Ensure consistency of client care, safety and brand standards across the team

  • Conduct regular clinical audits and guide therapists in using diagnostic tools (ie. motion capture, strength testing, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the operations team to support staff onboarding, development and workflow optimization.

  • Facilitate internal education sessions and interdisciplinary case rounds

  • Maintain a consistent caseload of clients, while modeling best practices in client care and clinical delivery for the team.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Foster open, constructive dialogue between practitioners and support staff.

  • Partner with founders on strategic planning, team capacity and future endeavours

  • Ensure clinical documentation and internal knowledge sharing align with current best practices

  • Address performance or culture issues thoughtfully and proactively

  • Represent Kinetic Labs at community events, education partnerships and industry conferences.

Brand Experience

As Clinic Director, you’ll bring Kinetic Labs’ values to life across every part of the client and clinician experience:

  • Raise the Bar – You model excellence and support others in achieving it.

  • Give a Damn – You care deeply - about people, precision and progress.

  • Evidence, Not Assumptions – You lead with data, experience and evolving research.

  • Make Healthcare Pleasant – You help build a clinic culture that feels welcoming, professional and deeply human.

About You

  • A Registered Physiotherapist or Chiropractor

  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience, ideally with exposure to complex rehab, sport performance or integrated care

  • Proven background in mentoring, coaching or educating other clinicians

  • Familiarity with (and enthusiasm for) modern rehab technologies and diagnostics

  • Comfortable balancing leadership and a clinical caseload

  • A thoughtful communicator who creates clarity and connection across teams

  • Passionate about continuous improvement – for yourself, your team and your clinic

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with additional hourly wage and bonus structure for Clinic Director duties

  • Health and wellness benefits

  • Continuing education allowance

  • Discounted access to clinic services

  • Supportive, people-first culture where your contributions are valued
