Responsibilities include prospecting, territory expansion, relationship development, on-site demonstrations, full-cycle pipeline management, contract negotiation, customer handoff, and industry event representation. The role requires quota attainment, automotive-market knowledge, strong technical communication, regional relationships, and the ability to translate technology benefits into ROI-focused sales cases.

Own enterprise sales for Kinetic ID across U.S. and Canada. Build pipeline, engage insurance and automotive decision-makers, lead discovery and pilots, coordinate procurement, legal, security, and implementation processes, negotiate contracts, and convert pilots into scaled deployments. Develop repeatable sales playbooks, create sales materials and ROI analyses, maintain CRM activity, attend industry conferences, travel to customer sites, and provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.

The ADAS Performance Manager builds customer relationships, drives retention and revenue growth, delivers training, leads onboarding, supports calibration workflows, and monitors performance metrics. The role includes on-site customer visits, troubleshooting, pre- and post-scan support, process improvement, and collaboration with product and technical teams. It may also involve managing Customer Success team members and requires automotive repair, estimating software, insurance claims, and ADAS expertise.

Manages customer scheduling, check-in, vehicle intake, damage documentation, electronic authorizations, and repair-planning support at a vehicle inspection center. Communicates with customers, insurers, repair facilities, and internal teams; verifies insurance and vehicle information; captures photos and scans; maintains accurate records; explains repair processes and timelines; and resolves customer concerns.

Develop and close new business with dealerships, collision centers, and fleet operators across the Pacific Northwest. Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting through contract handoff, conduct on-site demonstrations, build regional industry relationships, and represent Kinetic at events. Translate ADAS calibration technology into ROI-focused business cases while meeting quarterly quotas and growing service revenue.

Develop and deploy computer vision and machine learning models for semantic and instance segmentation, object and damage detection across 2D and 3D data. Responsibilities include training loops, dataset curation, labeling guidelines, evaluations, ablation experiments, model export, inference code, testing, profiling, and production support. Collaborate with research, backend, operations, and labeling teams while documenting experiments and improving model performance.
