Oversee service hub operations, team management, customer relationships, financial performance, vehicle throughput, and KPI reporting. Lead hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations while maintaining operational standards and customer satisfaction. Build and expand customer relationships, analyze performance data, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements in collaboration with Customer Success and Operations Leadership.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for Kinetic’s Ops Apps, which manage customer interactions and vehicle workflows across service hubs. Translate ambiguous opportunities into executable roadmaps, PRDs, design documents, wireframes, and flowcharts. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver reliable, user-friendly software while balancing customer value, internal workflows, business logic, architecture, and product quality.

Drive new business and revenue growth across Texas by selling ADAS calibration services to dealerships, collision shops, and fleet operators. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory expansion, relationship development, on-site demonstrations, full-cycle pipeline management, contract negotiation, customer handoff, and industry event representation. The role requires quota attainment, automotive-market knowledge, strong technical communication, regional relationships, and the ability to translate technology benefits into ROI-focused sales cases.
