The ADAS Performance Manager supports dealerships, fleet operators, and collision centers by delivering ADAS calibration training, customer onboarding, software implementation, and workflow optimization. The role manages customer relationships, retention, growth, performance metrics, troubleshooting, and post-scan processing while sharing feedback with product and technical teams. Frequent on-site travel is required, along with automotive repair, estimating software, insurance claims, and ADAS expertise.

Build and retain customer relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, and collision centers. Deliver ADAS calibration training, support scan processing, lead onboarding, troubleshoot software and workflow issues, monitor performance metrics, and identify process improvements. The role also supports account growth, customer success team coaching, product feedback, and ongoing expertise in OEM requirements and industry standards. Frequent driving to customer sites and travel to industry events are required.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for Kinetic’s Ops Apps, which manage customer interactions and vehicle workflows across service hubs. Translate ambiguous opportunities into executable roadmaps, PRDs, design documents, wireframes, and flowcharts. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver reliable, user-friendly software while balancing customer value, internal workflows, business logic, architecture, and product quality.
