Supports Client Success activities for assigned banking and credit union clients, including relationship management, meeting preparation, onboarding coordination, product adoption, training, account and health-plan maintenance, renewal support, CRM updates, issue escalation, and feedback collection. Partners with Team Lead CSMs, Sales, Professional Services, and internal stakeholders to track actions, identify risks and expansion signals, and help clients achieve success milestones.

Identifies and develops prospective clients through market and competitor research, lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and collaboration with sales teams. The role analyzes customer personas and market trends, builds prospect lists, and supports converting leads into customers. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.

Designs and operates AWS-primary, Azure-supported cloud networking, including VPCs, VNets, routing, segmentation, firewalls, and client VPN connectivity. Builds infrastructure through OpenTofu or Terraform, supports SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance, troubleshoots packet-level issues, maintains monitoring and documentation, participates in on-call operations, and leads customer connectivity engagements and incident reviews.

Manage client-facing software implementation projects from planning through deployment. Develop project plans, set milestones, delegate tasks, coordinate Product, Support, Development, and client teams, manage competing priorities, communicate with executives and clients, adjust schedules, perform quality control, and escalate risks. The role requires independent decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects through changing environments.

Develop and maintain software applications through feature implementation, bug fixes, code optimization, testing, and documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration. Troubleshoot defects and customer issues, provide second-level technical support, and steadily build expertise in software development practices, object-oriented design, microservices, and databases.
