On-site IT Support Specialist providing concierge-level desktop and VIP support at Gilbert HQ. Manage device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and Linux, Intune enrollments, Entra ID/Microsoft 365 provisioning, AV/video conferencing, and security incident triage. Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve troubleshooting and documentation, maintain the Freshservice CMDB and runbooks, and support occasional colocation visits.
