Provides advanced technical support for banking software, escalating and resolving Tier 1 and 2 issues, troubleshooting databases, server logs, networking, and integrated hardware. The role partners with Product, Development, QA, and Training teams; creates knowledge articles and training materials; mentors support staff; supports VIP clients; tests product changes; and administers Salesforce case tracking. Expertise in banking and credit union operations, SQL databases, enterprise deployments, and financial institution technology is required.

Designs and operates AWS-primary, Azure-supported cloud networking, including VPCs, VNets, routing, segmentation, firewalls, and client VPN connectivity. Builds infrastructure through OpenTofu or Terraform, supports SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance, troubleshoots packet-level issues, maintains monitoring and documentation, participates in on-call operations, and leads customer connectivity engagements and incident reviews.

Provides dedicated administrative support to four Go-To-Market executives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling executive expenses and budgets, supporting multiple time zones, organizing concurrent projects, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, discretion, adaptability, and proficiency with office, collaboration, and business-management software. It is hybrid, requiring three to four days per week in the office.

Manage client-facing software implementation projects from planning through deployment. Develop project plans, set milestones, delegate tasks, coordinate Product, Support, Development, and client teams, manage competing priorities, communicate with executives and clients, adjust schedules, perform quality control, and escalate risks. The role requires independent decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects through changing environments.

Develop and maintain software applications through feature implementation, bug fixes, code optimization, testing, and documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration. Troubleshoot defects and customer issues, provide second-level technical support, and steadily build expertise in software development practices, object-oriented design, microservices, and databases.

Lead and manage day-to-day U.S. IT operations across multiple offices: incident/change/problem management, endpoint and asset lifecycle, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, license management, vendor coordination, and operational handoffs to improve service consistency, reporting, and automation.

Drive adoption and value realization for Kinective Data Intelligence customers by building measurable success plans, leading monthly operating rhythms, enabling users through workshops and office hours, coordinating priorities with Professional Services, managing health and renewal readiness, surfacing expansion opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to make Data Intelligence a repeatable, scalable customer-success motion.
