Provide classroom support in early childhood special education: assist with activities, behavior monitoring, classroom setup and cleanup, snack/kitchen duties, collaborate with staff, support families through coaching and direct services, and complete required documentation and trainings.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish classroom support in an early childhood preschool setting. Assists children with activities, development, behavior, safety, cleanliness, and routines; prepares classrooms and supplies; supports educators and therapists; manages snacks, kitchen tasks, laundry, and attendance; and engages parents and families through coaching and collaboration.

Lead Kindering's grants team and strategy, secure $2.25M+ annually, manage a 75+ funder portfolio, write and submit competitive proposals, and oversee full grant lifecycle including compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and staff training in collaboration with leadership and finance.
