Teams at Kindering Center

Lead Kindering's grants team and strategy, secure $2.25M+ annually, manage a 75+ funder portfolio, write and submit competitive proposals, and oversee full grant lifecycle including compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and staff training in collaboration with leadership and finance.

Provide classroom support in early childhood special education: assist with activities, behavior monitoring, classroom setup and cleanup, snack/kitchen duties, collaborate with staff, support families through coaching and direct services, and complete required documentation and trainings.

Manage and implement projects to advance the CHERISH program vision, oversee program administration, maintain data and grants compliance, support LMS/website and partner relationships, conduct data analysis, and assist the Program Director with communications, budgeting, fidelity monitoring, and expansion work with an equity focus.
