Lead Kindering's grants team and strategy, secure $2.25M+ annually, manage a 75+ funder portfolio, write and submit competitive proposals, and oversee full grant lifecycle including compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and staff training in collaboration with leadership and finance.

Provide classroom support in early childhood special education: assist with activities, behavior monitoring, classroom setup and cleanup, snack/kitchen duties, collaborate with staff, support families through coaching and direct services, and complete required documentation and trainings.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) classroom support in early childhood preschool settings: assist with activities, monitor progress and behavior, support safety and cleanliness, manage supplies and attendance, engage families through coaching and groups, and collaborate with educators and therapists.
