Provides front-desk customer service, scheduling, clerical support, facility upkeep, inventory and purchasing, staff and client coordination, onboarding assistance, and clinic morale activities. Maintains HIPAA-compliant records, supports clinical staff and client safety, manages technical equipment, coordinates maintenance, and ensures a clean, organized, welcoming clinic environment. This is an onsite Monday-Friday role serving children with autism and their families.

Supports day-to-day clinic operations, community building, interviews, outreach, intake review, client and BCBA pairings, caseload planning, supervision meetings, and RBT performance conversations. Reviews operational and clinical KPI dashboards with the Clinic Director to identify improvement opportunities. Requires a BCBA credential held for at least two years and strong performance across client service, cancellations, plan-of-care timeliness, conversion, and RBT supervision metrics.

Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger management, payroll, accounts payable, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role will improve and automate accounting processes, maintain scalable systems, support compliance, build financial models, and provide reporting to senior leadership in a high-growth healthcare organization.

Support daily HR operations including pre-employment checks, onboarding, data entry and maintenance in the HCM, respond to HR mailbox inquiries, assist with compliance reporting, workers' compensation tracking, offboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. Help improve HR processes and support HR leadership to ensure smooth, compliant employee experiences.

Provide day-to-day clinic support and operational oversight alongside the Clinic Director. Conduct interviews, lead RBT performance conversations, attend caseload planning and supervision meetings, review intake packets and dashboards, support client-BCBA pairings, participate in outreach, and help build clinic culture while developing toward a Level 2 Associate Clinic Director role.
