Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles: source, screen, schedule interviews, extend offers, close candidates, maintain ATS pipelines, partner with clinic leaders and onboarding, and track hiring metrics to meet clinic staffing forecasts.

Provide front-desk customer service, manage scheduling and clerical tasks, maintain HIPAA-compliant EMR and clinic appearance, support clinical staff and clinic operations, organize staff events, and ensure client safety and positive culture.

Provide day-to-day clinic leadership and operational support: supervise BCBAs and RBTs, conduct interviews and outreach, review dashboards and intake packets, participate in caseload planning and 1:1 supervision, lead performance conversations, and support clinic growth toward Level 2 Associate Clinic Director.
