Provide front-desk customer service, scheduling, and administrative support for an ABA clinic. Manage communications, EMR organization, facility upkeep, supply budgets, and clinic onboarding. Support clinical staff, coordinate events, and ensure a safe, HIPAA-compliant environment for clients and families.

Provide day-to-day clinic leadership and operational support: supervise BCBAs and RBTs, conduct interviews and outreach, review dashboards and intake packets, participate in caseload planning and 1:1 supervision, lead performance conversations, and support clinic growth toward Level 2 Associate Clinic Director.

Manage clinician and client scheduling, handle same-day call-outs and substitutions, maintain CentralReach calendars and timesheets, audit codes/PTO, support payroll conversions, communicate with families and staff, and improve scheduling processes to ensure continuity of ABA services.
