Leads enterprise sales across Singapore by identifying new business opportunities, developing account strategies, building executive relationships, managing complex sales cycles, forecasting revenue, and closing strategic new-name accounts. The role requires consultative selling of supply chain, ERP, or BI solutions to manufacturing-oriented industries and collaboration with senior management, resellers, and internal teams.

Designs and improves the visual quality, usability, accessibility, and consistency of training and enablement content. Partners with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to apply visual design, UX, accessibility, branding, and inclusive design principles. Creates multimedia assets such as diagrams, graphics, animations, videos, and templates, while reviewing materials for clarity and quality and maintaining design standards.

Support production cloud systems and maintain service availability across Azure, GCP, AWS, and datacenter environments. Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational tooling using Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, scripting, and Ansible.
