Develop and maintain high-quality software across the development lifecycle, with a strong focus on C++ development, testing, and test automation. Collaborate with software engineers and testers, write automated and unit tests, review team members’ work, solve technical problems, and contribute to special projects on the Maestro platform.

Leads the transformation of Product operations through AI, automation, integrated tooling, and redesigned workflows. Identifies high-value opportunities, builds scalable agents and automations, establishes secure operating practices, and measures improvements in velocity, capacity, quality, adoption, and decision-making. Partners with Product, IT, Security, Data, Legal, and R&D while driving AI fluency, reusable patterns, and enterprise-ready capabilities.

The Account Executive will win new business and revenue from enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities, developing account strategies, building executive relationships, qualifying prospects, forecasting sales, and closing complex deals. The role requires consultative selling of strategic supply chain, ERP, or BI solutions to manufacturing-oriented industries, engagement with senior decision-makers, and collaboration across operations, finance, and IT. This remote Midwest-based position may require travel.
