Leads solution design and product innovation for supply chain software serving high-tech and semiconductor customers. Collaborates with product management, engineering, professional services, deployment teams, partners, and clients to refine product capabilities, capture early-adopter feedback, define process and data flows, create user stories and test scripts, and support launches from innovation through growth. Leads consultants, manages customer expectations, enables deployment readiness, and drives scalable, explainable product outcomes.

Architect scalable integrations connecting Kinaxis Maestro with SAP, ERP systems, applications, and data sources. Define integration strategies, patterns, APIs, middleware, ETL, data models, and governance standards. Produce architecture blueprints and technical documentation, advise customers and internal teams, influence product direction, and lead complex deployment initiatives. The role requires deep SAP ECC or S/4HANA expertise, enterprise integration experience, strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to mentor technical teams.

Supports global pre-sales teams by analyzing customer performance, identifying supply chain improvement opportunities, and quantifying ROI, TCO, and payback. Develops executive-ready business cases, value scorecards, presentations, industry narratives, and enablement assets. Partners with account executives, industry principals, consultants, and marketing to conduct discovery workshops, map processes, coach sales teams on value-based selling, and translate operational improvements into measurable financial outcomes.
