Finishes manufactured products according to operational methods, drawings, schedules, and quality standards. Uses spray guns and other tools, inspects products for damage, color consistency, alignment, and conformity, documents required information, and maintains a clean workspace. Performs job rotations, equipment maintenance, and process improvements while following safety and workmanship requirements.

Supports brand marketing campaigns for workplace, health, and hospitality brands through content creation, social media, market research, showroom support, case studies, website optimization, SEO, analytics, image preparation, and brand resource updates. Maintains project documentation and collaborates with marketing, digital, and brand teams while gaining practical summer internship experience.

Applies stains and finish materials to products, verifies color accuracy using labels, hue tests, and color panels, inspects for defects, operates finishing tanks, performs preventive maintenance, and follows safety and environmental policies. Requires at least one year of painting, spray application, or industrial finishing experience. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Supports lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and social media; participates in customer meetings and sales presentations; updates Salesforce CRM records; prepares sales reports; assists with post-sale follow-ups and administrative tasks; and attends sales training and team meetings.

Leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and Lean manufacturing activities across a production facility. Identifies improvement and cost-reduction opportunities, implements and sustains Lean tools, verifies results, and trains employees. Supports safety, environmental, quality, and communication initiatives while coordinating projects across departments. Requires manufacturing and direct continuous improvement experience, strong problem-solving and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
