Participates in a 12–18 month sales development program supporting field sales professionals, identifying prospects, developing customer solutions, building quotes, supporting dealer partners, and contributing to sales events and territory initiatives. The role provides training and experience intended to prepare associates for future field sales, account management, dealer development, product marketing, or related opportunities.

Manages sales growth and quota attainment across the Milwaukee territory by developing business plans, engaging distribution partners, A&D firms, and end users, and pursuing transactional and project opportunities. Builds relationships, coaches dealer salespeople, promotes workplace and health products, negotiates sales, tracks opportunities in Salesforce, and maintains forecast accuracy. Requires frequent in-person territory travel and collaboration with internal teams.

Supports brand marketing campaigns for workplace, health, and hospitality brands through content creation, social media, market research, showroom support, case studies, website optimization, SEO, analytics, image preparation, and brand resource updates. Maintains project documentation and collaborates with marketing, digital, and brand teams while gaining practical summer internship experience.
