Participant in VUJC CAP Program performing equipment troubleshooting and repair, preventive maintenance, fabricating fixtures/jigs/carts, inspecting parts for quality, documenting work, maintaining clean/safe work areas, following PPE and safety procedures, supporting quality and environmental systems, implementing process improvements, and participating in emergency action plan and job rotation.

Pulls fabric from holding areas, cuts and sorts fabric parts into transportation tubs, and inspects materials for quality and specification compliance. Identifies tubs using production information, follows cutting-area safety procedures, distinguishes fabric colors and patterns, and lifts parts weighing up to 40 pounds. English reading and speaking ability is required.

Provide territory-focused customer support as primary contact for customers, dealers, and field sales. Handle inquiries via phone and email, own issues through resolution, manage orders and VL10/load planning, document quality issues, log activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with field sales and supply partners to build customer loyalty. Attend customer events and travel within territory as needed.
