Leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and Lean manufacturing activities across a production facility. Identifies improvement and cost-reduction opportunities, implements and sustains Lean tools, verifies results, and trains employees. Supports safety, environmental, quality, and communication initiatives while coordinating projects across departments. Requires manufacturing and direct continuous improvement experience, strong problem-solving and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Design hospitality furniture from customer specifications: create and revise 3D models and 2D shop drawings, apply DFM/VE, specify materials/hardware, ensure code/ADA compliance, support testing, installation reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive territory sales and quota attainment through in‑market engagement with distribution partners, A&D firms, and end users across UT, ID, and MT. Develop and execute territory business plans, manage distribution grids, train dealer staff, and use Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting. Build relationships, apply product and marketing knowledge, and execute sales negotiation and business-planning strategies to grow market share.
