Lead Quality Engineering at the KEJ facility to drive NPI and production quality. Oversee corrective actions, audits, customer communications, and data-driven improvements (SPC, DOE). Mentor engineers and technicians, run Kaizen events, implement Lean Six Sigma, automate reporting, and reduce customer PPM, FPY, and COPQ.

Act as primary customer contact to build long-term OEM relationships, coordinate between customers and Kimball facilities, manage accounts and PBRs, drive profitable growth, oversee launches, improve productivity and cash flow, and travel globally to support customer and company visits.

Lead plant engineering at a medical-device contract manufacturer overseeing molding, assembly/NPI, and automation. Drive lean/Six Sigma continuous improvements, ERP and production scheduling, project planning (MS Project), root-cause problem solving, and team coaching. Act as senior leadership liaison, develop engineering strategy for NPI, sustaining engineering, and smart-factory initiatives.
