Lead plant engineering at a medical-device contract manufacturer overseeing molding, assembly/NPI, and automation. Drive lean/Six Sigma continuous improvements, ERP and production scheduling, project planning (MS Project), root-cause problem solving, and team coaching. Act as senior leadership liaison, develop engineering strategy for NPI, sustaining engineering, and smart-factory initiatives.

Lead and provide technical oversight for the Network Operations team, managing and supporting network hardware, software, security, monitoring, and projects. Support global deployments (Cisco ISE), firewall and VPN operations, cloud networking and Azure migration efforts, improve/automate processes, expand documentation, and participate in off-hours production support.
