Supports the development, validation, troubleshooting, and improvement of automated manufacturing equipment and processes in a medical device environment. Assists with equipment qualification, technical documentation, controls projects, risk assessments, process flows, tooling design, FDA-related documentation, and Lean manufacturing initiatives while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams.

Supports the HRIS team with Workday administration, data integrity, system testing, process documentation, end-user support, and continuous improvement projects. Own and grow industrial customer accounts for an electronics manufacturer. The Business Manager serves as the primary customer interface, coordinates internal plants and headquarters, leads business reviews and account teams, develops strategic growth plans, manages launches, supports profitability and cash flow, and builds long-term customer relationships. The role is remote in the United States but requires national and global travel, customer visits, negotiation, and collaboration across operations, suppliers, and organizational levels.
