Lead plant engineering at a medical-device contract manufacturer overseeing molding, assembly/NPI, and automation. Drive lean/Six Sigma continuous improvements, ERP and production scheduling, project planning (MS Project), root-cause problem solving, and team coaching. Act as senior leadership liaison, develop engineering strategy for NPI, sustaining engineering, and smart-factory initiatives.

Lead and provide technical oversight for the Network Operations team, managing and supporting network hardware, software, security, monitoring, and projects.
