Provides technical support across ski resort technology systems, including POS, RFID, surveillance, digital signage, IP TV, music infrastructure, computers, and networking. Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and documents hardware and software; manages support tickets through Freshservice; supports Microsoft endpoint and collaboration platforms; and assists users, vendors, and internal teams. The role includes on-call coverage, training, outdoor work, ladder climbing, lifting, and intra-resort travel.

Serves as the liaison among resort owners, HOA boards, management, and exchange programs. Handles owner reservations, cancellations, account inquiries, owner cards, communications, portal support, newsletters, meeting materials, proxies, minutes, calendars, confirmations, and reminders. Provides in-person owner assistance and training, updates online resources, and supports resort operations across front desk, spa, and housekeeping as needed.

Supervises Mountain Operations administrative and Dispatch functions, coordinating staffing, workflows, communications systems, financial tracking, safety documentation, compliance records, projects, and GIS or mapping information. The role leads Dispatch staff, maintains operational records and equipment inventories, tracks budgets and action items, supports capital initiatives, and coordinates information across departments. It also provides coaching, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement in a fast-paced ski resort environment.

Manage online orders from receipt through shipment, including picking, packing, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service. Coordinate inventory transfers across resort retail locations, maintain system accuracy, support pricing compliance and promotions, verify discounts, and improve e-commerce fulfillment workflows. The role requires physical warehouse and retail work, maintaining shipping stations, and driving between resort locations as needed.

Supervise winter snow-grooming operations and summer trail maintenance and capital projects. Lead up to 40 winter employees and 12 summer equipment operators and laborers; coordinate staffing, schedules, machinery, safety, training, operating standards, grooming plans, inspections, maintenance needs, and cross-department communication. Support budgeting and capital planning while ensuring trail quality, operational efficiency, and courteous guest interactions.

Plans and executes resort events, programming, sponsorship activations, and partner integrations. Coordinates third-party organizers, internal departments, and resort operations; maintains project plans in Trello; evaluates event success; supports safety training and staff administration; reviews timecards and conducts performance reviews. Requires outdoor winter work, weekend and holiday availability, strong organization, communication, and intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability.

Supervise daily operations of terrain and bike parks, including hiring, training, scheduling, maintenance, feature design/repair, safety/risk management, incident investigations, interdepartmental coordination, and administrative tasks like budgeting, timecard approval, and performance reviews.

Supervise and coordinate daily ski patrol operations, perform regular patrol duties (search, rescue, first aid, toboggan transport), enforce safety rules, conduct trail maintenance and closures, assist with lift evacuations and training, complete accident reports, and provide guest service.

Designs and delivers seasonal training for Mountain Sports School aligned to PSIA-AASI standards. Leads on-snow and indoor sessions, mentors staff, develops safety protocols, tracks injuries, analyzes trends, and supports certification and offseason programs.

Perform on-snow ticket checks and verification of day tickets/season passes, group guests to keep lift lines moving, answer guest questions, identify fraudulent credentials, communicate lift safety rules, maintain lift maze (shoveling/raking), assist with RFID scanner troubleshooting, and provide friendly customer service outdoors in all weather.

Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, perform routine maintenance and light repairs, monitor water and energy usage, document issues and logs, and work outdoors in extreme weather and physically demanding conditions with 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
