Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for resort technology including POS, RFID, IP cameras, digital signage, desktops/laptops, music systems, and cabling. Install, configure, troubleshoot, document systems, manage Zendesk tickets, participate in on-call rotations, and train/collaborate with IT team members.

Perform on-snow ticket checks and verification of day tickets/season passes, group guests to keep lift lines moving, answer guest questions, identify fraudulent credentials, communicate lift safety rules, maintain lift maze (shoveling/raking), assist with RFID scanner troubleshooting, and provide friendly customer service outdoors in all weather.

Monitor bike park and summer mountain areas to provide first aid, rescue, and guest assistance. Patrol trails for hazards, perform maintenance, support lift evacuations and emergency response, educate guests on safe riding, and assist with events and seasonal operations.

Provide indoor support for a children's ski/snowboard program (ages 4–6): assist with transitions, meals, breaks, care for unwell or injured children, help organize classes, coordinate with rentals/lift access, and maintain a safe, guest-focused environment during the winter season.

Manage design, construction, maintenance, and operation of winter terrain parks and the summer bike park. Hire, train, and supervise park staff; ensure safety compliance; oversee budgets, equipment, and inventory; collaborate with other departments; organize events and maintain excellent guest experience.

Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, perform routine maintenance and light repairs, monitor water and energy usage, document issues and logs, and work outdoors in extreme weather and physically demanding conditions with 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holiday availability.

Lead and manage ski patrol operations year-round, overseeing rescue, first aid, rope rescue, lift evacuation, trail safety, staffing, training, budgeting, incident investigation, and interdepartmental coordination to maintain guest and employee safety.

Supervise daily operations of terrain and bike parks, including hiring, training, scheduling, maintenance, feature design/repair, safety/risk management, incident investigations, interdepartmental coordination, and administrative tasks like budgeting, timecard approval, and performance reviews.

Supervise and coordinate daily ski patrol operations, perform regular patrol duties (search, rescue, first aid, toboggan transport), enforce safety rules, conduct trail maintenance and closures, assist with lift evacuations and training, complete accident reports, and provide guest service.

Monitor assigned mountain areas to identify hazards and assist injured, lost, or reckless skiers. Supervise creative design and sign shop production for resort marketing and branding.
