Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and building client relationships, presenting print and fabrication solutions, managing a sales territory and CRM pipeline, collaborating with production for order fulfillment, attending community events, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Serve as primary administrator for Workforce Pell grants: calculate and award funds, reconcile accounts, monitor COD daily, process withdrawals and R2T4, assist students and staff with financial aid questions and electronic document processes, maintain imaging system records, ensure FERPA compliance, support outreach events and special projects.

Manage and award institutional, state, and outside scholarships in compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain Regent and PowerFAIDS records, prepare reconciliations and reports, support FAFSA completion and outreach, schedule committee meetings, and coordinate with the Foundation, athletics, and campus stakeholders to maximize scholarship utilization.

Provide academic advising, college and career counseling, and oversee tutoring for Upward Bound participants. Recruit and maintain student records, visit target high schools weekly, monitor grades and attendance, support FAFSA/college applications, assist with administrative duties, and plan/lead monthly Saturday programs and a six-week summer program. Accompany students on college visits and support scholarship and financial aid processes.

Teach nursing courses in classroom, simulation, skills lab, and clinical settings; develop and update curriculum; advise and mentor students; engage in professional development, departmental service, and community outreach; maintain accurate records and clinical partnerships.

Provide career and transfer advising for Public Services and Industrial Technology students: course selection, education planning, degree audits, transfer guidance, career readiness, retention monitoring, referrals to support services, and participation in career events to promote student success.

Lead and grow Kilgore Colleges dual credit partnerships with area high schools: manage staff, budgets, compliance, MOUs, scheduling, training, grant oversight, and community relations to increase student access and success.

Coordinate and oversee the KC/Christus Nursing Apprenticeship by aligning academic and clinical objectives, supporting students and preceptors, managing clinical scheduling and evaluations, tracking competency and outcomes, and reporting program metrics to stakeholders and funders.
