Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support for workforce development programs. Duties include assisting students and the public, managing records and the J1 student information system, coordinating meetings and training events, preparing documentation, processing purchasing records, ordering supplies, arranging travel, and supporting special projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and building client relationships, presenting print and fabrication solutions, managing a sales territory and CRM pipeline, collaborating with production for order fulfillment, attending community events, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
