Own creative reviews, improve resourcing and capacity visibility, identify bottlenecks, and implement systems that help Creative and Growth teams work faster while maintaining quality and compliance.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive Kikoff's enterprise strategy, create sales materials, lead market research, and oversee partner launches to enhance B2B outreach.

Lead securities and corporate legal work for a high-growth fintech, including public-company readiness, IPO execution, capital markets transactions, M&A, governance, equity compensation, SEC reporting, and general corporate matters. Partner with executives, finance, the board, auditors, bankers, and outside counsel while building legal and governance infrastructure for potential public-company status.

Senior Product Designer at Kikoff will own the design process end-to-end, create compelling interfaces, and drive design system evolution while leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights.

Advise product, engineering, and business teams on consumer financial products throughout development and launch. Research and apply federal and state regulations, including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Support licensing, compliance filings, privacy guidance, consumer disclosures, marketing materials, and commercial agreements while monitoring regulatory developments and enabling responsible fintech innovation.

Own SEC reporting, IPO readiness, technical accounting, lender and bank-partner reporting, ESG disclosures, non-GAAP compliance, and reporting controls.
