Represent the company before legislators, regulators, trade associations, and stakeholder groups; monitor policy developments; advise executives; coordinate testimony and comment letters; manage outside lobbyists and consultants; oversee lobbying compliance; and partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Communications. The role requires building policymaker relationships, developing multi-state strategies, shaping public policy, and traveling nationwide regularly.

Build and scale backend systems for Kikoff’s growth team and flagship credit-building product. Own initiatives end to end, from prototyping and analytics instrumentation through production rollout and user-facing improvements. Use data-driven decisions, experimentation, and machine-learning personalization to improve customer and business outcomes. The Business Operations Manager will identify and lead new revenue growth initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and partner with leadership using data-driven decision-making.
