Leads commercial real estate valuation assignments, including property inspections, market and comparable research, financial analysis, appraisal report preparation, client relationship development, fee management, and business sourcing. The role also authorizes engagements, resolves appraisal issues, maintains market knowledge, and mentors associate appraisers and trainees. Travel to property sites is required, along with maintaining a valid driver license, vehicle, and auto insurance.

Supports commercial real estate brokers with marketing materials, property graphics, maps, aerial imagery, research, proposals, and administrative tasks. Uses Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to produce branded flyers, presentations, newsletters, and other collateral. Provides customer service, manages multiple deadlines, maintains confidentiality, supports office operations, and cross-trains as a front-desk and administrative backup.

Independently prepares commercial real estate valuations and appraisal reports, conducts property inspections, researches market and economic conditions, analyzes comparable data, manages appraisal billing, develops client relationships, sources business, and mentors associate appraisers and trainees. The role requires advanced real estate valuation expertise, client development, report authorization, market knowledge, and frequent interaction with property stakeholders and industry professionals.

Prepares and authorizes commercial real estate valuations, appraisal reports, market analyses, and property inspections. Researches comparable sales, leases, zoning, economic conditions, and real estate trends to determine asset values. Develops client relationships, sources appraisal business, manages engagement contracts, billing, and collections, and resolves appraisal issues. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to associate appraisers and trainees while maintaining current market knowledge and delivering accurate reports on schedule.

Supports commercial real estate brokers by producing branded marketing materials, proposals, flyers, newsletters, maps, aerial imagery, and presentations. Uses Adobe Creative Suite to edit images and create layouts, conducts research, provides administrative support, manages confidential documents, and assists with office operations. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented office environment.
