Manage accounts receivable, parent billing and collections; perform accounts payable duties, vendor invoice review, and reimbursements; prepare payroll, fixed asset journal entries, and monthly reports; audit physical inventory, bids, and purchase approval processes; maintain attendance data entry and provide ad-hoc analyses and tax letters for parents.

Lead operational strategy and daily operations across facilities, nutrition, enrollment, procurement, and administrative services. Ensure regulatory compliance (Title 22, licensing), manage budgets, construction and vendor contracts, oversee maintenance and fleet, implement performance metrics, and mentor management to drive efficiency, safety, and scalable service delivery.

Provide classroom support by helping plan and implement daily activities, prepare learning environments and materials, ensure child health and safety, communicate with parents as directed, assist teachers and volunteers, participate in meetings and professional growth, and cover duties as assigned by center leadership.

Provide early intervention and developmental support to infants and preschoolers in inclusive classroom and home settings. Conduct screenings and assessments, create individualized plans, consult with teachers and families, attend IFSP/IEP meetings, document progress, and coordinate with regional centers and community agencies to meet child and family goals.

Perform month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage AR/aging, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, prepaid and fixed asset schedules, assist with state and county reports, analyze budget vs. actual, and hire, train, and supervise accounting staff.

Manage full procurement lifecycle ensuring compliance with federal, state, and funder regulations; run competitive solicitations (RFP/RFQ/IFB); oversee contract administration, vendor compliance, and debarment checks; implement procurement policies, optimize processes, maintain audit-ready records, produce spend dashboards, deliver training, and support audits and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead administration, configuration, and optimization of Kidango's People tech stack (HRIS, payroll, talent, performance, learning). Own system roadmap, implementations, integrations, testing, security, reporting, documentation, training, and vendor/IT collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant HR systems that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
