Provide classroom support by helping plan and implement daily activities, prepare learning environments and materials, ensure child health and safety, communicate with parents as directed, assist teachers and volunteers, participate in meetings and professional growth, and cover duties as assigned by center leadership.

Lead administration, configuration, and optimization of Kidango's People tech stack (HRIS, payroll, talent, performance, learning). Own system roadmap, implementations, integrations, testing, security, reporting, documentation, training, and vendor/IT collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant HR systems that improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Perform month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage AR/aging, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, prepaid and fixed asset schedules, assist with state and county reports, analyze budget vs. actual, and hire, train, and supervise accounting staff.

Provide classroom support by assisting teachers with planning and implementing daily early-learning activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, communicating with parents as directed, supporting volunteers, and ensuring childrens health and safety. Must work under supervision and be flexible for on-call and travel assignments.

Lead enrollment, compliance, and eligibility operations across centers and family homes. Develop strategies, monitor KPIs, manage enrollment systems and reporting, ensure federal/state regulation adherence, support growth planning, oversee audits and appeals, partner with districts and IT, and supervise an enrollment team to drive access and compliance.

Oversee multiple early childhood centers by supervising Center Directors, ensuring compliance with CA Title 22/Title 5 and contract terms, driving program quality, staff coaching, enrollment and family engagement, budgeting, data-driven decision-making, and supporting specialized language, literacy, and nature-based learning initiatives. Coordinate research partnerships, training, and technology integration while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and parent/community relationships.
