Leads accounts receivable, credit, and collections activities, including parent billing, payment processing, invoicing, collections follow-up, account reconciliation, delinquency audits, and monthly AR close. Prepares management reports, annual tax forms, RCEB billing, and monthly food claims. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and accounting experience.

The Staff Accountant performs reconciliations, journal entries, revenue and expense allocations, accounts receivable reviews, bank reconciliations, fixed-asset accounting, month-end close support, financial statement preparation, budget variance analysis, and state reporting. The role also oversees attendance audits, maintains inventory records, reviews payments and deposits, supports payroll-related entries, and supervises accounting staff.

Leads the strategy, administration, configuration, security, integration, and optimization of Kidango’s HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, payroll, talent, performance, learning, and workforce management systems. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors on implementations, testing, upgrades, reporting, compliance, documentation, training, and data security. Translates business needs into technical solutions and manages HR systems projects and integrations.

Supports government and foundation grant administration by maintaining Salesforce records, calendars, filing systems, and electronic signature workflows. Researches funding opportunities, summarizes funder requirements, assembles and reviews applications, monitors compliance deadlines, and assists with progress and financial reporting. Coordinates grant-related meetings, tracks action items and spend-downs, liaises with internal departments, and develops SOPs and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, research, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Lead enrollment, compliance, and eligibility operations across centers and family homes. Develop strategies, monitor KPIs, manage enrollment systems and reporting, ensure federal/state regulation adherence, support growth planning, oversee audits and appeals, partner with districts and IT, and supervise an enrollment team to drive access and compliance.
