The role requires flexibility for on-call assignments and travel among centers.

Supports early learning classrooms by helping prepare daily activities, learning materials, and safe environments; communicating with parents; supervising children’s health and well-being; supporting volunteers; attending meetings; and assisting across centers as needed. The role works under the direction of teaching staff or center leadership and requires flexibility for on-call assignments and travel between locations.

Leads accounts receivable and credit collections, including parent billing, payment processing, delinquent account follow-up, reconciliations, monthly AR close, general ledger analysis, management reporting, RCEB billing, and state food claim preparation. Maintains attendance data and supports financial reporting while ensuring collection policies and procedures are followed.
