Supports government and foundation grant administration by maintaining Salesforce records, calendars, filing systems, and electronic signature workflows. Researches funding opportunities, summarizes funder requirements, assembles and reviews applications, monitors compliance deadlines, and assists with progress and financial reporting. Coordinates grant-related meetings, tracks action items and spend-downs, liaises with internal departments, and develops SOPs and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, research, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Lead enrollment, compliance, and eligibility operations across centers and family homes. Develop strategies, monitor KPIs, manage enrollment systems and reporting, ensure federal/state regulation adherence, support growth planning, oversee audits and appeals, partner with districts and IT, and supervise an enrollment team to drive access and compliance.

Provide early intervention and developmental support to infants and preschoolers in inclusive classroom and home settings. Conduct screenings and assessments, create individualized plans, consult with teachers and families, attend IFSP/IEP meetings, document progress, and coordinate with regional centers and community agencies to meet child and family goals.
