Provide hands-on IT consulting, implementation, and support for clients in the German-speaking region. Deploy and maintain infrastructure, endpoint security, ITSM, and identity/access systems; deliver workshops, product demos, user training, and responsive remote/on-site troubleshooting while collaborating with international teams.
