Creates and edits product artwork, packaging, labels, technical and instruction sheets, compatibility lists, line drawings, and sales materials. Prepares accurate production files, maintains templates, brand standards, file organization, and version control. Produces technical illustrations in Adobe Illustrator and performs photo retouching and image manipulation. Collaborates with Product and Project teams to ensure accurate documentation, manage timelines, and meet project milestones.

Supports the ESCO sales team by managing quotes, CRM opportunities, customer purchase orders, inventory allocation, product cross-referencing, and project tracking. Analyzes sales data, monitors pipelines and delivery timelines, processes time-sensitive orders, and develops customer relationships. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, customer service, communication, and proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and related sales tools.

Provide inbound technical support via phone and email, create technical documentation, assist advanced sales, complete lighting layouts with CAD-like software, collaborate on warranty/RMA processing, and work with Product Managers and Engineering to maintain product data and timelines.

Manage accounts receivable activities including cash application, collections, payment reconciliation, and resolving account discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer records, process credit applications, support month-end close and audits, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve payment issues.

Lead and develop Keystone's ESCO sales channel and Territory Managers. Set strategy, drive sales execution, manage budgets, coach the team, oversee CRM and pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, guide pricing and competitive positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow profitable ESCO, contractor, and distributor business. Frequent travel to support field coaching and customer engagement.

Manage and grow national account relationships for multi-site commercial and industrial lighting customers. Identify sales opportunities, provide product training, ensure accurate pricing and data in systems, analyze sales trends, and support distributor and end-user engagement while traveling extensively to territory markets.

Develop and manage pricing for job quotes and customer accounts using ERP (P21), Excel, SQL and Power BI. Analyze pricing trends, competitiveness, and win ratios; collaborate with sales; maintain competitive databases; prepare management reports; support pricing projects and expand pricing support across company divisions.
