Drives customer research, performance KPIs, governance, reliability, and cross-functional alignment to improve digital adoption and self-service.

Manage and grow national account relationships for multi-site commercial and industrial lighting customers. Identify sales opportunities, provide product training, ensure accurate pricing and data in systems, analyze sales trends, and support distributor and end-user engagement while traveling extensively to territory markets.

Manage assigned territory to drive demand by training distributors and sales agencies, developing sales plans, analyzing trends, building long-term customer relationships, visiting markets, cold-calling, attending trade shows, and advising product teams on market trends.

Manage ESCO and lighting contractor relationships across an assigned territory, drive project opportunities, provide product design/specification and pricing, coordinate inventory and allocations, present products at events, collaborate with distribution channels, conduct market research, and ensure customer satisfaction. Role requires frequent travel and territory residency.

Lead and operate the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and continuity. Serve as a hands-on technical leader driving system design, vendor/financial governance, team development, and cross-functional technology initiatives to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
