Coordinates engineering, quality, product management, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and external partners. Oversees project plans, documentation, packaging artwork, specifications, audits, pricing data, UPC codes, QR codes, digital asset management, and process improvements. Maintains Wrike workflows, tracks milestones, resolves delays, supports compliance, and trains product development administrators.

Supports inside sales by managing quotes, customer inquiries, CRM opportunities, purchase orders, inventory allocation, and pipeline tracking. Cross-references lighting manufacturer part numbers, recommends equivalent products, monitors project timelines and fulfillment, analyzes sales trends, and builds customer relationships. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, customer service, and Microsoft Excel skills, plus lighting product knowledge for remote candidates.

Provides technical support for lighting products through phone and email, troubleshoots customer issues, creates technical documentation, supports advanced sales inquiries, and assists with warranty claims. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, management, and external product affiliates to maintain accurate product data and timelines. The role requires strong customer service, deductive reasoning, organizational skills, and the ability to understand technical products and manage projects.

Leads the Production Artist team and oversees packaging, specification sheets, manuals, labels, renderings, and related product artwork. Establishes production standards, templates, quality controls, workflows, and file management practices. Manages workloads, deadlines, cross-functional collaboration, training, and professional development. Drives process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflow optimization while ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and high-quality execution across product documentation and packaging assets.

Creates and edits product artwork, packaging, labels, technical and instruction sheets, compatibility lists, line drawings, and sales materials. Prepares accurate production files, maintains templates, brand standards, file organization, and version control. Produces technical illustrations in Adobe Illustrator and performs photo retouching and image manipulation. Collaborates with Product and Project teams to ensure accurate documentation, manage timelines, and meet project milestones.

Lead and develop Keystone's ESCO sales channel and Territory Managers. Set strategy, drive sales execution, manage budgets, coach the team, oversee CRM and pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, guide pricing and competitive positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow profitable ESCO, contractor, and distributor business. Frequent travel to support field coaching and customer engagement.
