Leads the logistics team and oversees inbound ocean and air transportation, cargo tracking, delivery scheduling, transportation spend, container cost reduction, supplier and forwarder coordination, billing accuracy, drop shipments, and external inventory locations. The role also leads TMS implementations, change management, KPI development, data accuracy audits, system training, and initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Manages the Georgia, Alabama, and Florida Panhandle territory by driving demand for commercial and industrial lighting products. Builds relationships with distributors, contractors, sales agencies, specifiers, and end-users; trains partners; oversees agency performance; develops sales plans; analyzes trends; identifies new business; attends trade shows; and travels regularly throughout the territory. The role also maintains customer records, supports opportunities with inside sales, and advises product teams on market trends.

Supports inside sales by managing quotes, CRM opportunities, customer purchase orders, inventory allocation, and pipeline closure. Cross-references lighting manufacturers’ part numbers, recommends equivalent products, monitors project timelines, and analyzes sales data. Builds customer relationships, assists sales representatives, and coordinates time-sensitive orders while maintaining accurate reporting and responsive customer service.
