Manage and develop the Technical Support team to provide phone and email support, train staff, create SOPs, maintain reporting/dashboards, collaborate cross-functionally, handle field claims, and drive customer-focused resolutions for electrical and lighting products.

Support Distributor Sales Team by analyzing sales data, managing pricing and quotes in CRM, handling inbound/outbound calls, liaising with agencies and distributors, tracking orders/stock, and cross-referencing part numbers to support customers and drive sales.

Owns vision, roadmap, and execution of Keystone's website, e-commerce, and customer portal. Leads UX, CRO, AI-enabled features, platform integrations (ERP/CRM/marketing), analytics, vendor relationships, and a Digital Marketing Strategist. Drives customer research, performance KPIs, governance, reliability, and cross-functional alignment to improve digital adoption and self-service.
