Provides behavioral interventions and classroom support for preschool children based on observations. Educates and guides families and colleagues on social-emotional development and positive classroom practices, manages challenging behaviors, supports professional development, and maintains behavioral service quality within Head Start centers.

Supports Head Start classroom staff with educational programming, child safety, lesson plans, and daily activities for children ages 3–5. The substitute works on a casual, per diem basis and may travel to home visits, training, and other locations. Candidates need a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and successful completion of criminal history, child abuse, and FBI clearances. Early childhood education credentials and experience with young children are preferred.

Supports the corporate compliance program through documentation and billing audits, licensing and regulatory reviews, compliance tracking, corrective-action follow-up, data analysis, reporting, audit readiness, and administrative coordination. The role identifies compliance trends and risks, maintains confidential records, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and recommends process improvements. It also requires accurate recordkeeping, confidentiality, deadline management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and completion of background checks and clearances.

Works with Head Start staff to maintain high-quality behavioral services and may support assigned centers across Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties.

Provides first-line technical support to employees through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Troubleshoots computers, printers, networking equipment, software, and enterprise applications; documents and tracks service requests; escalates issues; manages Active Directory updates and hardware requests; performs repairs and supports hardware imaging. Maintains customer relationships, follows confidentiality and safety policies, and provides rotating on-call support.
