Manages full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and new-hire file preparation. Builds candidate pipelines, conducts interviews, partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant tracking data, supports recruitment systems, analyzes hiring metrics, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The role also represents the organization to candidates and community partners while recommending process improvements.

Leads accounts payable operations, including payment processing, financial controls, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, corporate credit cards, compliance, and year-end activities. Serves as Workday process owner and subject matter expert, partners with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries, and oversees staff coaching, scheduling, hiring, and development. Supports audits, spend analysis, and process improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational and funder requirements.

Supports HR operations for the Intellectual Disability Services division, including employee relations, policy application, HRIS support, leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, training, reporting, and investigations. Partners with leaders and HR centers of expertise to address workforce needs, improve engagement and retention, coach supervisors, maintain confidential records, and support organizational change and continuous improvement.
