Support classroom staff delivering educational programming for children ages 3-5, ensure child safety, assist with daily lesson plans and activities, travel to centers and home visits as needed, and complete required pre-employment clearances and trainings.

Provide full-lifecycle grant and contract accounting, prepare budgets and funder reports, analyze variances, perform month-end close tasks, support billing and revenue recognition, and advise operational teams on financial compliance and reporting.

Develop and implement behavioral interventions, provide classroom support and coaching, observe and document child behavior, deliver professional development to staff and guidance to families, and maintain high-quality social-emotional services for preschool children.
