Assists dealership customers throughout the vehicle-purchasing process by answering product questions, identifying customer needs, explaining vehicle benefits, supporting purchase decisions, negotiating pricing, and building customer relationships. Reports sales objectives and activities to the Sales Manager and may train new sales associates after gaining experience.
