Welcomes and directs customers, answers and transfers calls, takes messages, responds to general questions, maintains the reception area, and performs basic clerical and administrative tasks. This part-time role requires evening and alternating Saturday availability, dependable attendance, clear communication, customer service ability, basic computer skills, organization, and confidentiality when handling customer information.

Assists dealership customers throughout the vehicle-purchasing process by answering product questions, identifying customer needs, explaining vehicle benefits, supporting purchase decisions, negotiating pricing, and building customer relationships. Reports sales objectives and activities to the Sales Manager and may train new sales associates after gaining experience.
